A plan will help you meet those goals you set and ensure you stay on target. The plan does not have to be complex, a one page business plan will do.
Change your approach to training - One key activity that should change for all of us is to change your approach to training. The approach should be changed to be a situational learning process that works to your advantage.
Don't be a lone hero - Get support that stays with you. A partner or a success coach who can help you move your talents forward works very well for most people.
